Claude Pepper Federal Building
Working with Four Tribes Construction, Best-Tec is in the process of completing interior demolition and asbestos abatement at the Claude Pepper Federal Building in Miami. Two floors totaling 30,000 sq ft are being renovated. This consists of drywall and metal stud framing removal, asbestos remediation, concrete cutting and other services. This is an ongoing project, so check back for updates.
Ceiling Tile Removal and Demolition
Over 4,000 tiles were saved from disposal and sent to Habit for Humanity for reuse.
