Hogan Creek Tower
Working with LECESSE Construction, Best-Tec assisted in the renovation of a 19 story downtown condominium. Built in 1974, the building needed to be completely renovated for the Jacksonville Housing Authority. Everything from flooring, windows, walls, appliances, and fixed furniture such as cabinetry was updated. Best-Tec completed many aspects of the build including demolition and asbestos abatement. Since the building had to remain occupied during the build out, extra considerations and thoughtful planning was critical to ensure the comfort and safety of the 200+ residents.
